As we are a small batch and micro lot roaster, our products are shipped within 2-3 Days using the following carriers: USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
We can ship to every part of the United States. Since we are a small batch roast to order coffee company it can take 24 to 72 hours to roast the coffee and have it ready for shipping.
Once it has been shipped you can expect your coffee to deliver based on the type of shipping you paid for during check out. We will provide estimate shipping times during check out but arrival times may vary.
Return & Exchange policy
All returns/refunds are up to the sole discretion of Warfighter Coffee Company.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, in some cases you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Please make sure that you are purchasing the correct size as we do not accept size exchanges.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Our refund policy is 30 Days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as coffee. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and Contact us through the website with your inquiry.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
